All, In RFC3261, Max-Forwards header is defined in Proxy sections. RFC3261 does not describe about the Registrar / Presence receives SIP message without Max-Forwards header.
Can anyone tell me, what Registrar / Presence Server as to do when it receives the SIP message without Max-Forwards Header?
