RaiMan proposed the following answer:
The mentioned people left the project latest in 2011/2012, when I took
over.
SikuliTest has never been realised.
Use the respective test features of Python, Ruby, Java (basically
unitttest).
Bundled with SikuliX there is the nice HTMLTestRunner (HTML output).
