Just as a complete side note, I have been very impressed at how well
organized SOC has been this year, and I blame Maarten .
I've really appreciated seeing the regular calls for updates, and the
follow through that has resulted.

I don't know who fixed this, but "THANK YOU"! I'm
trying out 0.9.2, and drag & drop behavior within
explorer-like menus now work again; selections no
