Make sure you are building with the latest SDK headers. The missing
headers have been added in the SDK recently so you probably don't have
them in the M

Good. In fact, I think we should always build the
tests with gcc/mingw/msvc (at least) when we build
winetests.exe, just to make sure they all compile
fine. Maybe this can be automated?
