I made the patch to change the text on winehq and sent it to wine-patches but
still no change.
Do I have to do something else ?

Yes a suggested package is possible. But most people would not know it
is there and would not install it.
What is the status of the gecko package. Is it something people really
need for a good wine experience
or do we want to present it as a suggestion ?

Wouldn't it be better to differ between the desktop and the Go versions?
Dunno if some games use the information that the Go versions are
less-featured than the desktop versions, but might get us useful.
