That is the case. cygwin's just one of several POSIX environments on the
Win32 platform, and msys is the other FOSS POSIX environment on Win32.
I thought it would be a good test. I will have to upgrade my Wine version,

I'm running Mandriva 2k7 and started installing Wine. The installation
stalled on discovering I have OpenWatcom installed. Wine didn't
like /usr/bin/wrc, the OpenWatcom Windows Resource Compiler.
I could rename wrc to wwrc - what would people suggest?

Or at the least, studying it to see how a resource editor differs from a
