D3DCMPFUNC fix

A tried to run Morrowind (it fails loading the outdoors). I saw a message of unsupported D3DCMPFUNC. So I looked up MSDN and it mentioned defaults, so I've added them. Not sure if they also need to be in the d3d8/ directory too? It didn't fix my problem, but it is probably still useful to have. In
