wasn't applied nor any suggestions for improvement where given. As suggested

Cross-compilation is broken again. This time its CLSID_FileProtocol.
The GUID is part of the standard MinGW 3.3 release. I can patch
MinGW to remove its definition of this GUID, but I'm not sure this is
the correct solution.
What do people think?

I'm really sorry you guys feel that way. The complaints have been very
minimal overall. If I wasn't so busy I can spend more time on it. My
problem is that I don't want to go back to Hypermail either. It has
serious issues with security and its attachment handling. So any other
options/suggestions
