can parse an animated icon file and extract the icons in it to .xpm

Codeweavers CXTest is supposed to do this, I believe?
And, in theory, we're going to make that publicly available
soon, but it's not quite ready for prime time yet...
(hopefully just a few weeks yet).

I am trying to setup wine with wine.inf, with the following call:
/usr/bin/rundll32 setupapi.dll,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 128
/usr/share/wine/wine.inf
However, the /usr/share/wine/wine.inf path does not seem to be translated correctly.
