I tried without FreeScale pathces which unfortunately doesn't make a
difference with the headless RDP (obviously I cannot use fbdev backend
without those pathces). There might still be some build options:

End result was similar for me than mentioned in this thread

Weston-RDP under Tizen uses a specific version of FreeRDP, which is known
to work well.
It is based upon the following upstream commit ID :
2604ff20bd12e810cfeed735b80dbe90020d781c .
