This error comes from ~/libsrc/Wi/colins.c and indicates possible corruption in
the database, thus you should run an integrity check as detailed at:
http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/databaseadmsrv.html#vdbrecovery
and consider performing a dump and recovery of the databa
