Hi Julien,
You could use the Virtuoso trace_on() function which can enable various level
of logging one of which is "exec" enabling logging of all queries to the
virtuoso log file as detailed at:

I use the 7.1 stable version of Virtuoso on Debian Wheezy on a VM and I
have some performance issue. So to try to see what's happen I would like to
log all queries received by Virtuoso, which log level I have to use for
that ?
