I have found a way to reproduce the problem, that at this point could be an
issue of Virtuoso Open Source.

If these are RDF Linked Data View “Virtual” Graphs then these are stored in a
different Quad Map storage location, see:

Thanks for the feedback.
I would say there is no accidental error in the graph name spelling of the
delete statements since double checking I copied it from the result of the
suggested graph list SPARQL query.
I have performed some further test on the deletion.
