[Virtuoso-users] Non-ASCII characters are garbled when using SPARQL INSERT with JDBC

Hello experts, I am trying to insert the data to Virtuoso quad store via JDBC and experiencing the issue with non-ASCII characters. When I executed SPARQL INSERT that contains non-ASCII characters, the characters are garbled. Is this a known issue? My environment is following: - Cent OS 6.3 64bit
