branch and the property path query with the plus sign returns 24 rather than 4
rows as you indicated. What is the version a build dat of the Virtuoso instance
you are using ?

I think that SPARQL queries using property paths which include the plus
sign yield incorrect results. This is what I get with the following
queries (number of results between brackets):
