This is a known issue we are working on a fix for. In the meantime you should
be able to use the RDF -> Graphs tab of the Virtuoso Conductor to perform graph
delete operations ...

I am still facing the drop graph issue as pointed out in a previous thread
- http://boards.openlinksw.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=927 . Any
scheduled date for this fix? Is there any hack I can use in the mean time to
achieve this?
PS :The same behavior is seen in conductor also.
