Hi Phillip, Is there a reason why you downloaded the 6.1.3 open source archive, as the latest 6 version is 6.1.8 . Although more importantly why are you not using the latest version 7 column store release ? Details on compiling the Virtuoso open source 6 or 7 releases from git can be found at
