And with the KeepAlive key launchd restarts virtuoso on process terminations.
Now the:
$ sudo launchctl stop com.openlinksw.vos # stops (and auto restarts) the server
$ sudo launchctl remove com.openlinksw.vos # stops the server

I was able to recreate this issue with theVOS 6.01.3126 build, but testing
with the latest internal 6.01.3127 build it has been resolved:
