I have just installed Virtuoso 5.0.11 (OSE) on my local computer
(successfully, it seems), and have managed to log into the conductor
interface. However, I am having some trouble creating a new user account. On
the "Create New Account" screen, I can enter all the information, but

How did you increase the amount of available memory ?
Can you provide a copy of your Virtuoso configuration (virtuoso.ini)
and log (virtuoso.log) files for analysis ...
