I have deployed Tomcat 5.5.15 with JVM 1.5.0_06-b05 on RHEL4.0ES in
production environment.
It has been load tested for 1500 concurrent sessions after which it
goes out of memory.

the maximum number of users online may be some 10-20 at any single
point of time.but our load comes from the dynamicity of the web
application eg.in

I am running RHEL ES 4.0, with tomcat 5.5 (actual deployment
server) and 5.0 on an experimental server for last 9 months
consistantly. I am using java 1.5 and it;s showing steady
performace.not much load testing done.

You won't find that way .
Because there are better available combination .
Debian sarge + Apache 1.3.X + tomcat 4.1 ..
That is a very good combination for a production environment , atleast that
i have used over and over and confident on that .
