Cant figure why this is happening and wanted to see if anyone on the list
knew.
Using tomcat 6.0.16 on windows.
A war is deployed - works fine.
server is shut down, war file updated and server restarted.
The new war is not picked up or exploded. I ve put a file named .xml
in conf/catalin
