I've found error . It was just wrong path to certificate and key.

For 2 or 3 days , I've had a problem with tomcat native.I installed apr 1.4..6
, apr-util 1.5.2 and openssl 1.1.1e then tomcat native 1.1.27.
When starting tomcat 7.0.40 , I've had this error :
