You need to re-configure the service: run CATALINA_HOME\bin\tomcat6w.exe
and change the JVM being used by Tomcat.

i faced same problem...
i'm now ok...
i'm not sure, if it works for you.. try once it- put "msvcr71.dll" into bin
directory of your tomcat..
