Hello Mark Thank you for your good help, Apache Tomcat 9.0.24 is working with a Hello World JSP tile now. I could not find a 9.0.23 installation exe download, but I found a Apache-tomcat-9.0.20-windows-x64.zip, which I downloaded and extracted into the C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation
