I changed the global filehandle as well. And executing ulimit with the tomcat
starting Thread is working well. I yesterday I hab around 1600 connection
before I rebooted

Let me start with André Warnier:
Both of the tomcats are "synchronising" them self. The send some serialized
objects via http to each other. And
