I get the solution; the problem was in catalina.jar that was in my web
application, i deleted it from my web application and let the one in
tomcat/lib, every thing is ok

valve (class) that filters data.in tomcat 5.5 this class (valve) was in
tomcat_home/server/classes; in tomcat 6, there is no server/classes
directory; so where should i put this class (valve) in tomcat 6.
