Over the past couple of months I documented a new software development process
for open source projects and communities. The new process attempts to address

Try to delete /tomcat/work/Catalina/localhost/<> folder.
That is the folder where tomcat caches everything. I have almost the same
problem on the jsp's (even if I set the application to reload stuff every time

Got the problem solved. I think I had the context
setup wrong. Setting reloadable to true in
Host->Context solved my problem.

I am sure I forgot to mention a few things. I am using
Tomcat 5.5.17, the autodeploy function is enabled in
server.xml and the application is webapps/ROOT .

Is there a way to configure Tomcat to load filters
after changes without restarting Tomcat? Looked into
server.xml and modified few options but no luck.
