I'm trying to migrate my CVS repository into SVN, few things are
not converted properly. There is a file having a special character 'Š',
which is not converted same from CVS to SVN. It is giving some random
symbol apart from the original one.
How to avoid those special character

I'm working on French project. Very recently we have migrated our project
from
CVS to SVN repository. After migration, when checking out the file names
which
have special characters like Western-Europe encoding fonts are giving
problem.
e.g.:"modŠle fields-replacements.xsl" is the file name
Please let me know how to check the file system encoding type in
repository, and assist me to change the encoding with a proper encoding
format to get the files properly.
