Thanks for your answers, but still i think this is not as it should be.
If the parameter is expanded by the shell, or as if it was the shell, then
the shell escaping mechanism (^ on windows) should work.
If parameter expansion takes place deeper in the program itself, then it

Gave the mime-type as text/url, still giving the option to only save
and cancel, but not open, save and cancel, hope the mime-type is
correct.. if not please suggest, so that all the three options open,
save and cancel would appear in firefox

Is the runtime part of the final program, or is it available as a dll in my

Where can i get recent SWIG SVN python binding binaries? I tried the most
recent version from tigris.org (1.5.6 for py2.5) but it didn't work together
with my repositories (created with svn 1.6.6). (error something like:
"unsupported fs, expected 1..3 but found 4")

there are problems with merges and indeed merge performance in that
client release. Some have since been addressed in more recent 1.6
releases. I'd suggest you give the 1.

In the tortoise svn, show log does not show full log messages, by
default I guess it fetches 100 log messages, I need full log from 0'th
revision to up-date.
How can I do that? I chose "show all" at the bottom, but still no luck
