SVN server is at version 1.7.X
I'm running the commands on AIX 7 with client
svn, version 1.8.0 (r1490375)
However, this issue doesn't occur on Linux with the following svn client
versions
svn, version 1.8.13 (r1667537)
svn, version 1.7.7 (r1393599)
