We recently upgrade our SVN to 1.8.8, Server is windows 2008 R2 with 4 Cpus & 8
Go Ram.
Our instance is daily going stuck to 100 % CPU, we have to restart it to
resolves problems until next freeze. No specific error in log, just high
activities due to jenkins.
This a know issue for 1.8.8
