Should be the patch that you need to compile Subversion 1.8.x against apr
0.9.20.
(I expect that it will be applied with the next 1.8.x release)

It looks like your Subversion version wasn’t tested against apr 0.9.20.
As Apr 0.9 is out of support for quite some time I would recommend upgrading
your apr to some supported 1.X version (Recommended: 1.3 or later. See
