I got this exception message when I was switching from a certain branch to
another.
I tested TortoiseSVN-1.7.7(with subversion 1.7.5),
svn-win32-1.7.5(r1336830) and the
same version on Ubuntu, same failure always happens if I did the same
operation.

Can someone help me with this problem
I have been running svnsync successfully for many months.
All of a sudden it has stopped working.
Problem started on 10th July .i.e since a user added revision 28288
More details and tests below
