I use netbeans for work and java development. Have not had a chance to use JDK
11 features (we still develop against JDK 8), but everything seems to be
running smoothly.

After we do the release of Apache NetBeans 10, we do need to discuss how
we're going to work on all the non-blockers together, I have various ideas
around this, but let's focus on (1) getting as many as possible to do the
survey and (2) focus narrowly on blocker
