Sorry that this is not working for you. I believe you need to put a bug
into the Apache Netbeans issue tracker, as there seems to be a problem
using the "Frameworks" dialog box to add JavaServer Faces. However, you
should be able to manually add the framework to your project as mention
In the Projects window (Ctrl-1; ⌘-1 on Mac), right-click your project
node and choose Properties to open the Project Properties window. Select
the Frameworks category and then click the Add button. Select JavaServer
Faces in the Add a Framework dialog box. Click OK.
