Noticed some strange behaviour. Three panels Network Monitor, CSS Styles
and Browser DOM would flash for a short period of time (~1 sec) during
application deployment. None of the three panels are active or minimized
right before app deployment.

I've also come across this issue in 12.0u1 (status of 12.0 unknown) , it
appears to be fixed in 12.1.

Does anyone know where NetBeans stores Project Group information? I prefer
clean installations and do not import settings from old versions. I would
