as far as I know C++ was donated to Apache, but the modules are not yet
integrated. You could use older version of NetBeans or import modules
from it.

If you right-click a project and then Properties, you have Sources tab
where you can change the encoding.

I've installed NetBeans 9.0 and JEE modules (and all dependencies) from 8.2
UC.
When I open a WSDL file I can only see it in source mode not visual mode
like I could in NB 8.2.
What am I missing?
