Thanks for your help, but I haven't been able to complete this step
Well, it is just 12 simple steps.

https://github.com/apache/netbeans
2. Once you've got the source compile it by: ant -q
3. Open NetBeans, make sure that the Developing NetBeans feature is
enabled in the Tools > Plugins > Installed

Hi there.
I've been using NetBeans for ages, but I'm a PHP programmer, not a Java
programmer.
In order to fix an issue in NetBeans I recently downloaded, patched, and
compiled NetBeans from source.
I did my source code editing with Vim and compiling with 'ant' from the
command line.
I would lik

When working with Netbeans and git, is it possible to make a fixup commit? i.e.
the equivalent of:
$git commit -fixup
Ok, problem solved it was simply that somehow Plugins was not prompting for
access. When I spun up the JFileChooser it prompted for access and now NetBeans
has access too.

Interesting. Can somebody else confirm? (I'm keeping my laptop on
10.14 since I haven't seen any reason to move to 10.15 so far, quite
the contrary).
Can you make a simple Swing app that opens a JFileChooser there?

Hi All,
I have just noticed that the Plugins module with Apache NetBeans 11.2 on macOS
10.15.2 I cannot browse for files in the Documents and Downloads folder. I did
a quick search in the mailing list and cannot find anything similar. Is this a
known issue possibly related to the way that macOS
12 matches
