Start with a fresh user directory and if you still have the problem, create
a new issue, a separate one for each issue you encounter, with a clear
description of your environment and numbered steps for reproducing the
issues.

With your 8.2 keyboard problem, does restarting with a new user directory
help? Has the keyboard never worked and if it ever did what changed that
might have caused the problem?
