Yes, I can now reproduce it (PHP code I used attached). - If you double-click in the gutter nothing happens. - If you right click in the gutter and select Toggle Breakpoint nothing happens regardless of whether a Breakpoint is set or not. - If you use the Debug Menu only New Breakpoint
