The command is 7za, see man 7za. But that won't help you; at least the
man page does not list as a supported archive type. As mentioned by
others, try unrar; see man unrar for details.
7zip's website says that

.9054MIPSR2-beta-Ext.rar
Error: Can not open file as archive
Can someone tell me how to do this?
*.rar archives require their own programs to manage them:
the rar that i use is from the atrpms repo
whil unrar is from the rpmfusion-nonfree-updates repo
Install via yum and then do unrar -
.9054MIPSR2-beta-Ext.rar
Error: Can not open file as archive
Can someone tell me how to do this?
Bob

Hi,
It's unusual because rar and its file format are closed (maybe
patented). The vendor provides an open source unrar utility, and that's it.
There are MUCH BETTER options, like 7-zip.org (p7zip is part of Fedora

Greetings,
I'm searching for Fedora-compliant packages of rar and unrar. I know that
they can be found at Repoforge (http://repoforge.org/). However, they are
for CentOS and RHEL.
Are there any repos where rpm packages of rar/unrar that can be found and
useable on Fedora 17?
