A little thread necro here... Openshot 2.1 is now on RPM Fusion if you want to give it a try, I know the move to a C++ based backend has been a long journey but I'd like to know if things have improved. (FYI, I'm the package maintainer) I just haven't had a need for video editing lately. Thanks,

Is anyone else using openshot on Fedora? I installed it from rpmfusion. My son has been trying to edit a video and it just keeps crashing when doing typical actions. I've tried it on computers with F23 and F24 (I haven't upgraded any computers to F25 yet) and it does the same thing on both.
