Succeeded to get a graphical screen with xinit and a terminal to

When I try to install a new VM with virt-manager, (es Rocky Linux 9 or
Fedora 37 WS) from a verified ISO file, the live setup do not start and
the installation procedure is blocked before displaying the graphical
environment.
I can only force restart o stop the VM.

Is there a known problem.
There is. It's in the 6.1 kernel and it isn't yet fixed in Fedora.
(Not even in the 6.1.8 kernel currently in testing.)

Here's a SuSE bug report:
https://bugzilla.suse.
I am running up-to-date f36.
Recently I had kvm "virsh restore" take a long time. Normally it takes less
than 10s but now it took 10-15m!.
Then it took 30m (qemu-system-x86_64 running 100% CPU all the time) and I

I noticed that khugepaged is also runnin

I'm trying to create a VM on my Fedora 36 desktop with virt-manager and
I'm seeing this error:
"Warning: KVM is not available. This may mean the KVM package is not
installed, or the KVM kernel modules are not loaded. Your virtual
machines may perform poorly."
Ok, so I figured

I'm not 100% sure which change fixed my problems with using SPICE on
Fedora 36, but one or a combo of them fixed

Hello Everyone,
I discovered to day that Red Hat has deprecated SPICE in RHEL 9. I've
been trying to get SPICE working on Fedora 36 host and I'm striking
out: the GSSAPI authentication for it never works, but it works just
fine for VNC.
