VM Failures

I am trying to run a Windows VM and it appears to install. Every time I try to run the VM it reverts to /dev/sr0 as it's input medium. I can not get it to attempt to boot to the virtual drive that has been created. Not to mention that if there is a better place to ask this question, that woul
