I use kmod-nvidia (I also have the akmod installed, JIC.) and I've never
had the slightest trouble during an upgrade. Of course, I generally

Last night I upgraded my machine from F13 -> F14.
Everything went excellent.
No problems with nvidia drivers, from rpmfusion, after upgrade.
