Mine doesn't as I don't have flash player/plugin installed.
You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player to watch this video.
Click here to download the latest ver
If it is a browser related issue you can do this :
-update your browser (if you have an old version you may not have the
proper html5 support)
-update flash (if the website doesn't support html5 video it will display
them with flash)
-update java
It should fix it
