I'm trying to setup snmpd on a newly updated F35 system. So far I
cannot get any response and port 161 remains closed. I've checked that
firewalld is not running. No iptables. There's no hosts.allow or
hosts.deny to cause this. The daemon is running. The port is listening

Its obviously not an issue where the firewall itself can be a PPPoE
endpoint, or where the CPE is user-configurable. But connections
terminated on CPE that only the ISP can manage seem to be very common
these days.

Samsung 4k TV and the internal GPU of a Haswell processor. If I get a
black screen a reboot usually brings things back to normal. I haven't

forked into a closed source application and work on the open source
application appears to have ceased.
The libreCAD team has been
working OK until a couple of days ago.
Now, as you found, its broken. The problem must be in a very recent
