Hey all,
Can anyone recommend a dual DVB-S2 PCIe or USB receiver that works out
of the box on Fedora?
I have a TBS6982 PCIe card at the moment. There is a driver for this but
it doesn't look like it's ever going to get merged.

Hi all,
I've noticed since F22 I can't grab the Firefox scrollbar with the mouse
pointer when it's on the very right of the bar. I have to move it in a
pixel or two in before it works. It's like there's a thin inactive
border around it.
Someone else noticed it too:

I'm using it fine on Fedora 14 (x86_64).

Hi all,
Has anyone had any success with any of the various LCD shutter glasses
with Fedora? Specifically, I'm after a way to view stereo photographs.
Stereo video would be nice too.

Hi all,
There was a discussion a while back about how to change the mouse cursor
on F13 back to the previous style. What wasn't explained was why the
default cursor theme was even changed? It's quite a step back compared
to the old one, reminding me of something from the dark days of the

That explains it, thanks. That's gotta be a big drain for laptops with
nvidia chips.

OK, not quite on fire but produced a nasty burning smell.
Turns out the fan in my card had failed a while back and I never

Hi all,
Is it possible to prevent the mouse moving into the dead zone on a
multi-monitor setup? By dead zone I mean the area above or below a
display the mouse or windows can be moved into when a neighbouring
monitor has a higher vertical resolution. Does that make sense?

Thanks all - had to install gutenprint-foomatic but it's working
perfectly now.
What package does the default (non-working) driver belong to?

Hi all,
Has anyone had any success printing to a Brother HL-2040 in Fedora
11/12? I've had one for a few years now and it's worked right up until
F11. I thought it was the printer itself at the time, but someone just
tried it with a Mac and it worked fine.
There is no error on the computer, it
