No, I have not clicked `fn lock` key. I have tested this atleast 5 times that
after few minutes of reboot this behavior happens.
To prove this I tried clicking `fn lock` nothing happens. To toggle (disable or
enable) it we are suppose to press `fn` + `fn lock` but the behavior
