If Windows has indeed hijacked the boot loader, you can fix it from the
Windows command prompt with the following:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\fedora\grubx64.efi
Obviously this assumes you have local admin rights on Windows.

As far as I know, it's related to a change in Musicbrainz. It affects Sound
juicer too I think.
